Montage Psychotherapy

Integrating mind, body and self.

Find safety within your own body.

Grounding the body.
Healing the mind.

The word "montage" reflects the way healing often happens: through the gradual integration of many experiences, emotions and parts of self into a more connected whole.

By focusing on nervous system regulation and physical awareness, I help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom where meaningful change feels both emotionally and physically rooted.

Therapy is a space to slow down, explore your story with care, and move toward a greater sense of safety, resilience and wholeness.
