Why online therapy?
For many people, being in their own space makes therapy feel more accessible. You do not have to travel across the city, arrange around traffic or weather, or drive home immediately after a difficult session.
- You can join from somewhere familiar and private
- There is no commute before or after your session
- You can work with a therapist anywhere in Ontario, rather than limiting your search to your immediate area
- Therapy can be easier to maintain around work, family and other commitments

What do you need at your end?
- A private space where you can speak freely
- A device with a camera and a desk. This helps you stay hands-free and engage fully in mind and body work.
- A reliable internet connection
- To be physically in Ontario during the session
- Ideally, a little quiet time afterwards before moving on to the rest of your day
Privacy matters on your side too. If other people are home, headphones can help. If finding a genuinely private space is difficult, you can talk to me about it during the free call.

Questions people ask before booking
Does online therapy work?
Yes. Online psychotherapy is an established way of providing therapy, and many people find that being in their own space makes sessions easier to attend and integrate into everyday life. Whether online therapy is appropriate for you depends on your circumstances and the kind of support you need.
Do I have to be in Ontario for a session?
Yes. You need to be physically located in Ontario during your session. If you are travelling outside the province, let me know and we can reschedule.
Can I see you if there is no therapist in my town?
Yes. Because the practice is entirely online, you do not need to live near a clinic. You can work with me from anywhere in Ontario, provided you have a private space and a reliable internet connection.
What platform do you use, and is it private?
Sessions take place through a secure video platform and are not recorded. Your privacy matters on your side as well, so you will need a space where you can speak without being overheard.
